Jupiter Festival Miami is almost here. With four days of ideas, connections and live experiences ahead, here’s how to start planning your visit.
From October 6–9, the Miami Beach Convention Center will bring together leaders across media, entertainment, sports and marketing. The agenda is packed, so choose the sessions you most want to see and leave room for the conversations that happen between them.
Tuesday, October 6: Start with a Miami welcome
Registration opens at 1 PM, giving you time to collect your pass before the opening evening. At 8:15 PM, join the Jupiter Festival Miami Welcome Remarks at the Convention Center, featuring Miami Beach Mayor Steve Meiner. Then stay for the Third Eye Blind concert and begin the festival with the people you’ll be seeing throughout the week!
Wednesday, October 7: Explore where industries meet
Start your first full day with The Big Picture with Joe Scarborough at 9 AM on the Jupiter Stage. Later in the morning, When the World Cup Took Over Rockefeller Center looks at what happens when a global sporting moment transforms a public space. In the afternoon, Monetize the Moment, Not the Break offers another perspective on the changing relationship between content, audiences and revenue.
Wednesday is a good day to follow a theme across sessions or move between sports, entertainment and media to see where the most surprising connections emerge. Check the full agenda and save time between your picks to meet the people behind the ideas.
Thursday, October 8: Get into the questions shaping what’s next
Thursday offers plenty of ways to build your own route. At 11 AM, How Brands and Creators Are Reshaping Entertainment explores a changing creative landscape, while Signed, Sealed, AI-Generated: The New Rules of Creative Contracts tackles questions raised by AI. Later, What Happens When AI Stops Being a Feature? takes the conversation further.
Interested in how entertainment reaches consumers? Make time for From Screen to Shelf at 3 PM. With sessions taking place across stages, it pays to decide on your priorities in advance, then give yourself permission to follow a conversation wherever it leads.
Friday, October 9: Take the ideas home
The final day runs until 1:30 PM, so make the most of the morning. Catch Ron Insana on the Jupiter Stage at 10 AM, reconnect with someone you met earlier in the week and note the ideas you want to act on once you’re home.
The best festival plans leave room for discovery. Pick your must-see sessions, make time for new people and come ready to be part of the conversation.
